The Trinity Loop™
A model by Carlo Mahfouz Introduced in Reality Check, 2027
The Trinity Loop is a model of the journey from building something to becoming someone: three dimensions, Ambiguity, Absurdity and Aliveness, bound in one loop, with the founders truth in its heart.
The three are not problems to solve. They are conditions to recognize, understand and accept, so you can move forward.

How to read it
The dimensions
Three petals, one per book. Each is a condition a founder lives in, not a stage to finish and leave behind.
The loop
One line draws all three, out round a petal and back through the middle. You do not pass through a dimension once; the journey brings you round to it again.
The ring
What binds the three into one model. Taken apart they read as three problems; held together they are one journey.
The heart
Where the three overlap. In the heart of it all lives the founders truth: the version of the story that is lived, not told.

In the books and on the podcast they run as three threads. In the model each is a dimension, with a name, a conflict and a book of its own.

Ambiguity
The signal is never clear, and you still have to decide.
Too little information and too much noise. More data, better processes and clearer KPIs only add to it. Ambiguity is the condition of moving before you know the path.
The founder against others
Absurdity
What is measured and what matters come apart.
You are introducing an idea before it is understood, so the numbers measure something else. Absurdity is the condition of building with people, and for people, on metrics that stopped telling the truth.
The founder against society
Aliveness
What remains when the machines take the measurable work.
The messy, unmeasurable vitality no algorithm can replicate. Aliveness is the condition a founder cannot delegate, and the drive that the pace of change quietly wears down.

The credit line, wherever the model is quoted or shown.
